MINUTES OF MEETING
Carlucci’s Waterfront
876 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

President Rick Sapio called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. 8 members were present; however, only 6 had dinner. Rick said that this meeting was the holiday party and there was no guest speaker tonight.

BUSINESS MEETING
President Rick Sapio called the Business Meeting to Order.

Minutes of the previous meeting held on November 10, 2011 were approved as published on our web site.

Pete Burgess, Treasurer, was absent. No Report available.

President Rick announced that the slate of officers for the 2012 Year that were named at our last meeting on November 10, 2011 and published to the membership in the meeting minutes on our web-site, having received no additional nominations from the membership. He then went through the slate and individually voted on each office. Therefore, with the complete agreement of all present at the meeting, he declared the complete slate unanimously elected.

NJSPLS Representatives had no report. All surveyors are encouraged to attend the “SurvCon 2012, 33rd Annual Conference and Exhibition”, being held February 1-3, 2012 at Bally’s Park Place Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Members should have recently received a detailed booklet announcement by postal mail. Any Questions call NJSPLS at 800-853-5263. “Early Bird Registration Savings,” end on January 1, 2012. A prompt decision can save $$$.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The drawing for door prize was won by Rick Sapio, who contributed it to the Duck Fund.

President Rick said that our next meeting will be on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Carlucci’s.

At 8:30 PM. it was moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded, and approved by voice vote.
