MINUTES OF MEETING
Carlucci’s Waterfront
876 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

President Rick Sapio called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. 7 members were present. Rick announced that we did not have a guest speaker tonight; however we would have our normal business meeting.

BUSINESS MEETING
President Rick convened the Association for the regular business transactions.

MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING
President Rick announced that the Minutes from the last Meeting, held on July 14, 2011, has been posted on our Web-Site for examination by all members. Were there any additions or corrections? Hearing none he announced the minutes were approved as posted.

Pete Burgess, Treasurer, submitted the following report

DIRECTOR’S REPORT- NJSPLS
Fred Czepigqa submitted a written copy of the minutes and also spoke in detail about the meeting of NJSPLS on July 12, 2011 at Sir John’s, North Brunswick, NJ. These Minutes are filed separately in our Web-Site.

DINNER
The meeting was recessed in order to serve and enjoy the meal. After approximately 30 minutes for the dinner the meeting was reconvened by President Rick.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
There was an extensive discussion about a possible upcoming joint meeting. However, nothing was firm at this point, so no details can be announced herein.

President Rick said that our next meeting will be on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Carlucci’s.

At 9:10 PM. it was moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded, and approved by voice vote.
