MINUTES OF MEETING
Carlucci’s Waterfront
876 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

President Rick Sapio called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. 15 members plus 1 guest speaker were present. Rick introduced our guest speaker, Dolores Dios, of Accurate Abstracts.

GUEST SPEAKER
Dolores is owner of Accurate Abstracts which provides services such as deed searches as well as other information search and retrieval services. Dolores provided a summary of the services her company provides noting that she can obtain deeds in every county in the State and is now expanding into PA and other states and that all information is delivered electronically.

President Rick thanked her for an interesting and informative presentation.

MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING
President Rick announced that the minutes from the previous meeting were posted upon the SAWJ website

TREASURER’S REPORT
No Treasures report this meeting.

DIRECTOR’S REPORT- NJSPLS
Chip Adamson submitted a preliminary written report which will be replaced later by the official NJSPLS meeting minutes. He spoke to the report and the meeting he attended.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
No new or old business this meeting announcements.

President Rick said that our next meeting will be on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Carlucci’s.

At 8:50 PM. it was moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded, and approved by voice vote.
