MINUTES OF MEETING

President Rick Sapio called the meeting to order at 7:07 PM. 7 members were present. Rick welcomed all and announced that there was no guest speaker tonight.

BUSINESS MEETING
President Rick convened the Association for the regular business transactions.

MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING
President Rick announced that the Minutes for the last meeting held on January 13, 2011 have been posted on the web site for review. There were no additions or corrections from the membership. It was then moved, seconded, and approved by voice-vote.

NJSPLS DIRECTOR’S REPORT
No report due to meeting being cancel because of snow storm

OLD BUSINESS

Chip Adamson reported we are sponsoring a seat at Gloucester County College

NEW BUSINESS
Chip Adamson spoke on a request of NJSPLS for each chapter to donate $ 500 (buy 500
worth of chances) to help the Scholarship Fund. Lou Marchuk started a discussion on having
all our members contacted because of the potential 5% drain on the Treasury. Please see attachment
ANNOUNCEMENTS
John Pierce won the drawing and contributed his winnings to the Scholarship Fund.
President Rick said that our next meeting will be on Thursday, March 10, 2010 at Carlucci’s.
At 8:31 PM. it was moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded, and approved by voice vote.
