MINUTES OF MEETING
Carlucci’s Waterfront
876 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054

President Rick Sapio called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. 11 members were present. Rick welcomed all and announced that there was no guest speaker tonight.

BUSINESS MEETING
President Rick convened the Association for the regular business transactions.

MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING
President Rick announced that the Minutes for the last meeting held on November 11, 2010 have been posted on the web site for review. There were no additions or corrections from the membership. It was then moved, seconded, and approved by voice-vote.

TREASURER’S REPORT
Pete Burgess, Treasurer, was absent.

OLD BUSINESS
Bill Haggerty reported that he has a letter from the State Board granting 2 PDH for our recent program on November 11, 2010 by David Sonner of Smart Vent Inc. Bill also said that he plans to send out a year-end complete report, so that each of our members will have a record of their own attendance and PDH totals earned.

Chip Adamson reported about his meeting at Voorhees Township to discuss their Ordinances and Policies with reference to land-surveys. He summarized their comments in his verbal report.

NEW BUSINESS
President Rick reported that the Nominating Committee has submitted the following list of officers for the calendar year of 2011.

Treasurer: Peter Burgess
Director at Large: Robert Lee
Director at Large: Charles Adamson
Sergeant at arms: Robert Garwood

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Harold Bozarth won the drawing and contributed his winnings to the Duck Fund.
President Rick said that our next meeting will be on Thursday, January 13, 2010 at Carlucci’s.
At 8:45 PM. it was moved to adjourn the meeting; seconded, and approved by voice vote.
