The passage of Senate Bill S-196 (the filing of Minor Subdivisions) has been a legislative goal of NJSPLS for a number of years.

On Wednesday, August 11, 2010, the NJSPLS Legislative Committee met to discuss and strategize how to accomplish this goal. One of the suggestions was to have a "grass-roots" campaign (calling, writing, and/or visiting legislators) by our members to support this effort.

The Committee has prepared several documents that will assist you in this task. These documents have been posted on the NJSPLS website.
